The protection and safety of our customers and our staff is our top priority. With the evolving concern of the COVID-19 we will be amending some of our services in order to do our part, while continuing to remain open at this time.
Sales will operate much as they always have and will be happy to serve you. The majority of the sales process can be completed through email, over the phone and through pictures and text messages. We will be diligent on keeping our inventory up to date through our website for your viewing pleasure. We ask that you contact the sales department to book an appointment for a test drive prior to coming into the dealership.
Service will continue to take appointments. We would appreciate if you could make these bookings by calling us at the store or emailing our service department. We always encourage customers to utilize our after hours drop-box for next day appointments. Unfortunately, our courtesy shuttle services will not be available but we will do our very best to accommodate your service needs.
We ask that all customers and employees wash their hands upon entering the store and frequently throughout that day as we've been advised to do so by public health officials. All of these precautions are set in place to lessen the impact that COVID-19 will have on our community. If you or another family member is feeling ill, please help us protect our employees by rescheduling your appointment to a later date.
We will continue to amend these processes as the daily updates come through. At this time, all other services remain the same.
